The local wastewater treatment plant is part of the thermoplastic elastomer production at JSC "Voronezhsintezkauchuk" and allows purification of wastewater from lithium ions to a level below 0.08 ppm, ensuring environmental safety of the main production for the entire region.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2019.

In 2019, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  successfully completed work on the construction of a urea-formaldehyde resin production unit with a capacity of 33,000 tons per year in Pavlovsk, Altai Territory.

Within the framework of this project, it was implemented — the technology, design and working documentation was developed, the assembly, manufacture and supply of equipment, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out.

The plant is designed to convert the main portion of sodium sulfate salts into solid state by the method of vacuum-evaporation crystallization.
