The company presented a stand at a specialized exhibition within the framework of the XXXIII International Forum "BEER-2024", which took place from May 21 to 23 in Sochi.
Every year we take part in the largest event in the industry, where we present to numerous visitors to our stand all the company’s capabilities for the complete supply of facilities for brewing production. This year, leading specialists from the Department of Biotechnology, as part of a demonstration of equipment for accelerated fermentation and post-fermentation of beer, presented a model of a cylindrical-conical tank (CCT).
In addition to the presented equipment, we supply complete departments for all technological processes of brewing production: brewing departments, with a volume of 5 to 50 tons; pure yeast culture (PYC); yeast storage; fermentation (capacities from 50 to 500 tons); fermentation and lager; front; as well as stations: SIP washing, water treatment; and containers: collection and storage of CO2; refrigeration compressor department.
The ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING company took part in the XXXIII International Forum “BEER-2024” with the assistance of the Export Support Center of the Tambov Region.
