At the end of 2020, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC signed a contract with URALCHEM for the complete supply of research and testing equipment – a pilot plant for the production of protein isolate from pea flour, with a capacity of 200 kg/h. The pilot plant will be located in the Skolkovo Innovation Center (Moscow). The main purpose of this plant is the reproduction of industrial processes and the development of modes for the production of high-quality pea protein isolates and their various modifications.
