Key events for the food industry dedicated to the production technology of protein-containing products, «ProteinTek» and «ProProtein», took place on September 25 and 26 in Moscow. Our company traditionally acted as a special partner and exhibitor of forums and exhibitions.
Leading specialists of the biotechnology department held numerous substantive negotiations with our current and potential partners, who visited the ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING stand and discussed with the heads of the department's priority areas the prospects for cooperation in the production of plant proteins for human and animal nutrition, starches, Distillers' dried grains and solubles (DDGS) and cellulose fibers.
Currently, our company is participating in the implementation of the first plant in the Russian Federation for deep processing of peas with a capacity of 70,000 tons per year, which, upon reaching its design capacity, will produce protein isolates, starch and dietary fibers.
