Automation cabinets — are a key element of modern control systems. They ensure intelligent interaction with the field level — collecting data from instrumentation and control devices, analyzing input signals, and generating precise control commands for actuators, protection and relay devices, and electric drives. This guarantees reliable real-time operation of the entire control system.
At the customer’s request, the system can be additionally equipped with power cabinets
Power cabinets are intended for the management and distribution of electrical energy in power circuits. Their composition includes high-voltage components such as:
- Electromagnetic contactors
- Frequency converters
- Power distribution busbars
- Automatic transfer switch (ATS) systems
We support standard solutions at a nominal voltage of 400–630 volts.

Project stages:

PRE-PROJECT SURVEY
Development or acceptance of the technical specification, clarification of specific requirements for automation, control, and power cabinets. If necessary — site visits, technical inspection, and research work. The exact scope of work is determined based on the project specifics and technical features of the facility.

DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT
Documentation prepared in accordance with GOST standards, ATX/EM sections for each facility.

ASSEMBLY
Own production and warehouse space of more than 1,000 m², a team of over 25 automation specialists with more than 10 years of practical experience. We manufacture cabinets for any climate application, with enhanced reliability requirements and integration of operator panels.

QUALITY CONTROL
Testing of all components and issuance of certificates for automation cabinets. The Quality Control Department inspects each cabinet for compliance with ATX/EM project requirements, ensures absence of visual defects, and transfers the cabinets for packaging and shipment.

SUPERVISORY INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING WORKS
Installation of automation cabinets at the customer’s site, connection of power and control circuits, and transfer of cabinets into trial operation.

PERSONNEL TRAINING
Work with customer personnel, training, testing, and pilot operation. We provide warranty support and technical assistance.
