The plant with a capacity of 60,000 tons of 37% formalin per year has been implemented at a plant in the Central Chernozem region and can produce both formalin and urea-formaldehyde concentrate (UFC).

As part of the project implementation, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC performed the following work:

- Support for state examination;
- Support of environmental state expertise;
- Development of working documentation;
- Manufacturing and supply of main and auxiliary process equipment;
- Installation supervision;
- Commissioning;
- Development and implementation of automated process control systems and emergency shutdown systems;
- Training of the Customer's personnel.
Production at the plant is organized as a continuous technological process. The main advantages are the safety of the technological process (absence of high-temperature organic heat carrier) and the production of steam as a by-product.
