Our company has completed a key stage of the project for Joint Stock Company SUEK-Kuzbass — the delivery of automatic integrated industrial wastewater treatment stations for the mine named after V. D. Yalevskiy.
The enterprise is among the largest coal-mining assets of the Russian Federation. The annual volume of production of coal of energy grades exceeds thirty million tons, more than two-thirds of the products are exported, and the confirmed reserves amount to more than two and a half billion tons
Limited Liability Company “ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING” is implementing the project in full: from technological design and manufacturing of equipment to completion, delivery, installation supervision, commissioning works, and training of operating personnel.
As of today, the delivery of equipment has been fully completed.
The station shipped to the Customer’s site includes nine units equipped with the following equipment:
- tank and pumping equipment
- automatic filters and ultraviolet disinfection units;
- a set of control and measuring instruments and pipeline fittings;
- a service kit for commissioning works.
The shipment of the station has become the key point of transition of the project from the stage of production and completion to installation and commissioning works. The installation of equipment under the supervision of specialists from the installation supervision department of ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING and Limited Liability Company “Enviro-Chemie GmbH” (the technology licensor) is scheduled for the year 2026.
