The company developed the engineering, manufactured and delivered the equipment to the Customer's site.
Main technical specifications of the installation:
- Evaporated moisture capacity — 11,000 kg/h;
- Moisture content in dried product — no more than 5%;
- Spray chamber diameter — 12.5 m, height – 32 m;
- Heating agent — natural gas (indirect heating);
- Use of exhaust air heat recovery system (minimization of natural gas consumption);
- Use of multi-cyclone unit (minimization of dried product flow into aspiration filters);
- Use of mixing hoppers for storing dried product to achieve product homogeneity and eliminate caking before packaging in containers.
Once the facility reaches construction readiness at the Customer’s site, our company’s specialists will perform the following work:
- Installation of a spray chamber, aspiration filters, multi-cyclone system, etc., as well as pipelines;
- Installation of electrical panel equipment: MCC and PLC; instrumentation, electrical cables and automation;
- Commissioning and start-up work of the drying unit.
