ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC has completed the supply of equipment for the unit for obtaining industrial water from complex effluents ordered by Gazprom VNIIGAZ LLC. The equipment is part of the thermal treatment complex for liquid wastewater and is supplied as part of the project "Development of the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye gas condensate field. Stages 1-21 (first stage of development)".
The Yuzhno-Kirinskoye gas condensate field is located in a seismically active zone (north-eastern shelf of Sakhalin Island) and at a sea depth of up to 320 meters. Therefore, when designing and equipping ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING equipment, innovative solutions were implemented to ensure its reliability, resistance to corrosion and earthquakes.
As part of the project implementation, working design documentation was developed, high-tech heat exchange and separation equipment with a total weight of over 600 tons was manufactured, auxiliary equipment and systems (shut-off and control valves, instrumentation, pumps, APCS etc.) were completed, and delivery to the Customer's base was carried out. In total, more than 100,000 units of equipment were shipped.
The installation is being implemented at a facility that is an integral part of the coastal technological complex for preparing gas for transportation to a station of the Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok interregional gas transportation system.
