Ilsky Oil Refinery Plant — is one of the largest production complexes in the Southern Federal District, which receives, stores and processes hydrocarbon raw materials, and ships finished products by road and rail. The refinery's production facilities include six oil-refining units with a total capacity of 6.6 million tons per year and off-site facilities.
The installation supplied by ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING is being implemented as part of a large-scale project to modernize "KNGK-INPZ LLC", which will result in the creation of a virtually new enterprise – a leader in the oil refining and petrochemical industry in the South of Russia.
At the moment, a full set of equipment for the installation of the unit has been delivered to the construction site - this is a tank, filter, heat exchange equipment, pumps, a decanter, an evaporator, a salt column, a heating chamber, cooling towers, centrifuges, ejectors, shut-off and control valves, spare parts, tools and accessories for commissioning. Installation of equipment at the facility under the supervision of specialists from the ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING installation supervision department will start in 2025, after which our company will carry out installation supervision and commissioning works.
