For the period of 2012-2015 “Biotechnologies division” took part in construction of plant for production of lysine sulphate with capacity 57 000 t/year as well as by-products on the basis of deep processing of grain for the group of companies “Prioskolie”.
Our company performed the following works and services:
Fermentation section:
- Supply of tanks main fermenter on a turn-key basis.
- Supply of 5 stage vacuum evaporation unit with forced circulation and steam thermocompression as well as supply of off-line CIP station on a turn-key basis.
- Supply of pre-fermenter tanks on a turn-key basis.
- Supply of tanks on a turn-key basis for culture liquid storage as well as tanks for lysine concentrate storage
- Supply of capacitive equipment
Storage facilities (sulphuric acid, defoamer, corn extract, glucose):
- Supply of capacitive equipment for storage facilities.
Glucose preparation section:
- Supply of capacitive equipment for glucose storage.
