Advanced MVR technology is an effective solution for reusing thermal energy by compressing secondary steam to higher pressure and temperature, which allows using it as a heat source.
Evaporation units with mechanical vapor recompression from ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING can be designed for evaporation of feed streams with a wide range of flow rates and compositions, which allows not only to concentrate the feed solutions, but also to crystallize them.
Our units do not require a constant supply of heating boiler steam, the use of a secondary steam condenser, cooling water or cooling towers. The only necessary energy source is electricity. All this ensures high CAPEX and OPEX efficiency rates.
