The second day of the International Exhibition of Technologies and Equipment for Municipal and Industrial Water Treatment, Water Supply, and Wastewater Disposal is underway — and today we are presenting our key technological solutions in the field of industrial water treatment, in particular, projects of automated wastewater treatment stations.
At present, our company is implementing a project for the V.D. Yalevsky Mine (JSC “SUEK-Kuzbass”), the largest underground coal mining enterprise in Russia. We provide supply on a full engineering cycle: from the development of process and design documentation to equipment manufacturing, delivery, supervisory installation, commissioning works, and training of operating personnel. The solution is based on the licensed industrial wastewater treatment technology of Enviro-Chemie GmbH (Germany), adapted to the high pollution and specific composition of mine effluents.
We have already begun supplies. The equipment includes:
- Tank and pumping blocks;
- Automatic filters and UV disinfection units;
- A complete set of instrumentation and pipeline fittings;
- A service kit for commissioning works.
Installation at the Customer’s site is scheduled for Q4 2025 and will be carried out under the technical supervision of our team together with colleagues from Enviro-Chemie GmbH.
The project reflects our approach to industrial water treatment: we develop solutions that become an integral part of an enterprise’s environmental strategy and comply with current requirements in the field of environmental regulation.
