Within the framework of this project, the company's specialists carried out the following works:
- Design;
- Complete supply of equipment;
- Supervision;
- Commissioning works.
Last year, at the final stage of the project, technical support was provided to:
- Glue production unit in terms of completing installation work;
- Water pipelines fitting;
- Pipelines fitting for supplying urea glue to the press;
- Installation of shut-off and control valves;
- Valves pinout;
- Refrigeration machine fitting;
- Fans installation.
During the experimental production of urea-formaldehyde glue, compliance with all required quality indicators was confirmed. As for now, the product has been developed to reach its design capacity.
