“ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING” LLC continues successful implementation of the project to modernize the section of the adhesive preparation on the basis of urea-formaldehyde resin.
Capacity of the plant is 11 880 t/year (up to 36 t/day) that will fully meet the needs of "Arkhangelsk plywood manufacturing plant" LLC in the adhesive raw materials required for the production of plywood.
At the end of 2015 “ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING” LLC has developed a complete package of project documentationand in the first quarter of 2016 there were shippedto the construction site all the main process equipment manufactured at our plant.At the moment installation works are carried out. Start-up is scheduled in Q3 2016.
The commissioning of the new fully automated section of the adhesive preparation will achieve:
- stable quality of the adhesive composition,
- elimination of losses of raw materials at the stage of preparation,
- reduce the time of the process cycle,
- minimum energy consumption.
All of the above will improve the quality of the final product and optimize its cost.
