On the territory of the central sewage treatment facilities with black liquor of the Solzansky landfill, our company implements turnkey evaporation units with mechanical recompression of secondary water vapor of the type (vacuum-evaporation crystallizers with an evaporator operating on the principle of instantaneous boiling), forced circulation and a remote heating chamber.

The units are designed for processing eluates after ion exchange and purification of salt concentrate from a reverse osmosis unit.

Scope of delivery includes:

  1. Development of working and design documentation (WDC)
  2. Equipment supply

Now, construction and installation work is underway; work on the design and supply of process equipment, power and control cabinets, metal structures, sensors and instrumentation has been fully completed.

The infrastructure for cleaning and removing oversludge waters at the Solzansky landfill is being created within the framework of the federal project to eliminate the accumulated damage of the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill. A special feature of this project is the production of the main technological equipment from duplex alloys that are highly resistant to aggressive mediums.

The unit supplied by our company is part of a station for cleaning alkaline wastewater with a capacity of up to 300 thousand m³ of wastewater. As a result, the purified water will correspond to distilled water in terms of salt content.
