Packaged Modular Equipment Manufacturing and Supply for the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye Oil-Gas Condensate Field (OGCF) on Sakhalin Island

Our company supplied primary and low-temperature separator blocks as part of the Gazprom PJSC project “Development of the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye gas condensate field”. ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING will also supply MEGA regeneration units, reflux tanks, a degasser-separator of liquid mixtures and buffer and emergency tank units to the site.

The Packaged Modular Equipment is being implemented as part of the development of one of the fields of the Gazprom PJSC project for underwater hydrocarbon production «Sakhalin-3». The Yuzhno-Kirinskoye oil/gas/condensate field is located in the Sea of Okhotsk, on the northeastern shelf of Sakhalin Island.

«We have managed to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and competence in the field of creating complex technological equipment for the oil and gas industry. The main achievements include ensuring the passage of all necessary examinations confirming the highest quality of our products, including certification in the INTERGAZCERT system, the ability to ensure the design, manufacture of complex technological equipment that meets all the requirements of the Customer, as well as delivery within the established time frame, despite the complex logistics to Sakhalin Island.»

Our company is implementing 2 large-scale projects at the site:

1) Process water production unit from mixed wastewater (equipment was delivered to the Customer’s site) as part of a complex for thermal wastewater treatment.

  • the unit consists of 3 process lines;
  • includes more than 40 units of large capacity, heat exchange and separation equipment with a total weight of more than 600 tons;
  • designed by ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING taking into account difficult operating conditions (seismic activity in the region, location in the coastal sea zone.

2) Packaged modular equipment:

  • primary and low-temperature separator units (equipment has been delivered to the Customer's site);
  • MEGA regeneration units, reflux tanks, liquid mixture degasser-separator units (transportation is scheduled to be completed in 2025);
  • buffer and emergency tank units (transportation is scheduled to be completed in 2025).
