«ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING» LLC took part in the Χ Jubilee International Conference plywood mills in Russia and CIS "Stabilization and development of plate and plywood industry." As part of this conference, the representative of "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" LLC delivered a report "Equipment for the production of resins and systems for the preparation of adhesives," and talked about in the design of the possibilities, supply complete sets of equipment and installations "turnkey" for wood processing companies.
The project of JSC «Arkhangelsk plywood plant" modernization successfully completed
LLC “ZAVKOM ENGINEERING” has successfully implemented the modernization project of an adhesive production plant based on amino-formaldehyde resin. The capacity of the mentioned plant is 11880 tpy (up to 36 tph) which fully meets CJSC "Arkhangelsk plywood factory" demands in adhesive raw materials required for the plywood production.
Reconstruction of bioethanol production unit in Kazakhstan.
“ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING” LLC will take part in the reconstruction of the plant “Biokhim” in Northern Kazakhstan. The investor of this project is Kazmunaigas. More than 8 years, a unique enterprise for the production of "biofuels" is in lay up status. This project will help to restore production basis and to improve the production of bioethanol with capacity 220000 l/day.

“ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING” LLC continues successful implementation of the project to modernize the section of the adhesive preparation on the basis of urea-formaldehyde resin.
Testing of additive to motor petrols “ZAVKOM-PREMIUM”.
In February of 2016 on the basis of the test center of JSC “VNII NP” testing of polyfunctional additive to motor petrols “ZAVKOM-PREMIUM” produced by “ZAVKOM HIMSINTEZ” LLC was successfully finished. Within executed laboratory and bench tests petrol with “ZAVKOM-PREMIUM” additive was tested for compliance to EURO-5 and for sediment formation on inlet valves as well as deposit formation on parts of piston-cylinder-unit motor.
