At the end of 2020, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC signed a contract with URALCHEM for the complete supply of research and testing equipment – a pilot plant for the production of protein isolate from pea flour, with a capacity of 200 kg/h. The pilot plant will be located in the Skolkovo Innovation Center (Moscow).
