The stable development of the country largely depends on the resilience of key industries — petrochemicals, biotechnology, industrial manufacturing, and other sectors. They provide the technological foundation for progress; create jobs and maintain social stability; shape the export potential and strengthen Russia's position on the world stage; help achieve technological independence in strategically important areas.
Today, in challenging times, it is especially valuable to recognize that the strength of our country lies in the unity of professionals who tackle complex tasks every day. Engineers design, builders construct, specialists commission and maintain production facilities — and each such step strengthens the state's economy.
The exchange of experience also plays an important role: the adoption of advanced practices, the adaptation of proven solutions to Russian conditions, and the transfer of knowledge between generations of specialists. This allows not only to maintain existing capacities but also to systematically modernize them — taking into account current challenges and long-term goals.
We work in this common stream: we create and commission units, build large industrial facilities, develop competencies in the field of industrial engineering, and contribute to strengthening the industrial base. Nevertheless, we clearly understand: success is determined not by individual achievements, but by the coordinated work of the entire industrial community.
