As part of the implemented project to modernize the brewery of Staraya Krepost LLC, specialists from ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC carried out the following set of works:
- A project has been developed to expand the fermentation department
- A set of technological equipment for the fermentation department has been completed and supplied
- Installation, installation supervision and commissioning work completed
Also, the company installed new software for the main production of the plant for:
- brewhouse,
- washing stations,
- fermentation department,
- yeast department,
- pure yeast culture departments,
- filtration departments and cold block washing station.
