ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING is modernizing treatment facilities at one of Kuzbass's largest coal mining enterprises — V.D. Yalevsky Mine (JSC "SUEK-Kuzbass"). The project demonstrates how modern water treatment technologies address current challenges in the mining industry.
Our modular block-based mine wastewater treatment station represents the first precedent in Russia for implementing German mine water treatment technology for the coal industry, patented by ENVIROCHEMIE. The project in Kemerovo Region is being implemented by LLC "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" under the supervision of the technology licensor in Russia, LLC "Enviro-Chemi GMBH".
The system provides:
- Treatment of purified water to established regulatory standards
- Reduced reagent consumption and operational costs
- Simplified equipment maintenance and diagnostics
- Automated monitoring and process management in real-time
Replacement of key components and implementation of modular block solutions significantly increase mine water treatment efficiency. One major advantage of modular solutions is mobility: they feature high installation speed, easy relocation, and rapid reconfiguration for new production tasks—particularly relevant given the rapid growth in demand for water treatment systems in mining globally.
