The forum discussed deep grain processing, industrial biotechnology and bioeconomy, including potential and prospects in Russia and globally, product markets and reviews of deep grain processing plants.
Negotiations were held with potential customers planning wheat or corn deep processing plants producing:
- gluten;
- native and/or modified starches;
- HFCS, syrups, molasses, etc.;
- amino acids (lysine sulphate, lysine chloride, threonine, tryptophan, valine, leucine, isoleucine, arginine and others);
- organic acids (citric, lactic, succinic, hyaluronic and others);
- vitamins;
- enzymes;
- food alcohol and/or bioethanol;
- feed yeast.
Our technologists attended seminars on:
- sugar-based bioproducts
- basic raw materials for the chemical industry;
- amino acids;
- organic acids;
