The results of the III Regional Competition "Procurement Professional" have been announced. Based on the competition results, the victory in the key nomination was secured by Miroslav Vysokov, Lead Procurement Manager of ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING.
The competition, organized by the Tambov Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Ministry of Property and State Procurement of the Tambov Region, the regional Federal Antimonopoly Service, the representative office of JSC "EETP", as well as the companies "Consultant-Lawyer", "Regional Trade Center", "ETP GPB", and the electronic platform "Fabrikant", is the primary tool for assessing procurement expertise in the region.

The program included two stages. The first — remote, consisting of more than 30 test tasks to assess theoretical knowledge. The second — in-person, where participants were asked to solve complex situational cases requiring not only knowledge of legislation but also strategic thinking. The competition was held in three nominations:
- "Procurement Professional" (unites all areas);
- "Contract System Professional";
- "Commercial Procurement Professional".
This year, the business program of the final event was supplemented by a special quiz, allowing participants to exchange experience and strengthen professional ties in an informal setting.
Miroslav Vysokov's success in the main nomination confirms his deep knowledge and ability to make sound decisions in complex practical situations.
