This year we brought to the exhibition a unique case of Russia’s first deep-processing plant for peas with a capacity of 70,000 tons per year, which is scheduled to launch in October 2026. Today we are the only company in Russia that has built an enterprise of this scale. The production of pea protein isolate (12,000 t/year), pea starch (30,000 t/year) and dietary fiber (7,000 t/year) is an unprecedented level for the domestic market. This project confirms the status of ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING as a technological leader in the field of biotechnology.
