Evaporation plant

The unit is implemented as part of the construction of a new enterprise in Bashkiria for the production of a cetane improver additive for diesel fuels.

The plant’s design capacity is 30 thousand tons per year. This is the first Russian plant specializing exclusively in the production of cetane improver additives for oil refining enterprises.

Production start-up is scheduled for 2025.

Implementation of an evaporation and crystallization unit for salt concentrate with subsequent dewatering in order to minimize and utilize salt sludge.

Within the framework of the project, the following were supplied: tank, filtration, and heat-exchange equipment, pumps, decanter, evaporator, salt column, heating chamber, cooling towers, centrifuges, ejectors, and shut-off and control valves.

The plant is designed to convert the main portion of sodium sulfate salts into solid state by the method of vacuum-evaporation crystallization.
