In 2018ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed work on the project for obtaining technical naphthalene with a concentration of at least 97% at Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant JSC (MMK JSC) in Magnitogorsk
The naphthalene production process is fully automated; the most modern technological equipment from the world's leading suppliers has been supplied.
As part of the project, our company performed the following types of work:
- Development of technology for producing naphthalene from naphthalene-containing fraction
- Development of design and working documentation;
- Complete delivery of technological equipment:
- unit for rectification of naphthalene;
- alcohol storage;
- storage warehouse;
- installation for obtaining flaked naphthalene;
- Installation supervision;
- Start-up and adjustment works;
- Personnel training.
