The Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill operated from 1966 to 2013. It was the city-forming enterprise of the single-industry town of Baikalsk. The plants supplied by LLC "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" are part of a station for treating alkali-containing effluents with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day. Infrastructure for the purification and removal of supernatant waters at the Solzansky site is being created within the framework of the federal project for the remediation of accumulated environmental damage caused by the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill.

Polymerizing reactors V = 0.63m³ are made of stainless steel with polished inner surfaces (not less than 7 class Ra0.8), complete with modernized ribbon stirring devices PUAMM-4 (350), coaxial magnetic couplings (based on permanent magnets (Sm -Co)) with explosion-proof drives and bottom valves at LLC "NIKA-PETROTEK", Territory "SEZ" Alabuga.

The company 000 "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" in 2017 successfully carried out work on the implementation of the project "Technical re-equipment. Expansion of resin production. Stage 2. Increase in cold production capacity in workshop No. 32 "for PJSC" Pigment ", Tambov.

Within the framework of this project, it has been implemented - design and working documentation has been developed, equipment has been completed, equipment has been supplied, installation supervision and commissioning work has been carried out with training of production personnel.

In 2016, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed work on the construction of a pilot vapor-phase catalytic unit for the synthesis of divinyl from ethanol.

During the implementation of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

1. a conceptual diagram was developed
2. equipment was calculated
3. design and work-design documentation was developed
4. key capacitive and reaction equipment was manufactured
5. completing with auxiliary equipment and materials
6. assembly at the production site and commissioning with the development of a pilot batch of products

As part of the implementation of this project, design and working documentation has been developed.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2016.

In 2016, the company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC successfully carried out work on the implementation of the project for the construction of an installation for the preparation of an adhesive composition for JSC Arkhangelsk Plywood Plant.

In 2016, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the construction of a pilot vapor-phase catalytic unit for the process of producing N-methyl-p-anisidine from p-anisidine (N-methyl-p-phenetidine from p-phenetidine) and methanol.

In 2015, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  successfully completed the construction project for the production of urea-formaldehyde resin (PKFT) and melamine-formaldehyde resin (MPST) with a total capacity of 20,000 tons / year.

Within the framework of this project, the project has been implemented — the design and working documentation has been developed, the equipment has been completed, the equipment has been manufactured and supplied, installation supervision and commissioning have been carried out.

In 2015, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed the design of the UFC-85 production facility with a capacity of 40,000 tons / year and urea-formaldehyde resins with a capacity of 58,000 tons / year for OOO PDK Apsheronsk, Apsheronsk

Within the framework of this project, it has been implemented — design and working documentation has been developed (the project has passed the state examination), complete set, manufacture and delivery of equipment for warehouses for storage of raw materials and finished products (storage warehouse for methanol, resins and UFC).

In 2014, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  carried out work on the modernization of the crude benzene purification technology for SPE Zarya LLC.

Within the framework of this project, the collection of initial data was carried out and engineering documentation was developed for the modernization of the existing production with an improvement in the quality indicators of the products.

In 2014, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC successfully completed work on the development of design and working documentation for the production of urea-formaldehyde resins with a capacity of 50,000 tons / year at CJSC "Murom".

Storage warehouse UFC-85 and 37% formalin for CJSC "Murom".

The warehouse was put into operation in 2018.

In 2018, the company 000 ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING implemented a project for the technical re-equipment of a raw material warehouse for ZAO Murom in Murom.

Within the framework of this project, the design and working documentation was developed (the project passed the industrial safety examination), the equipment was completed, manufactured and supplied, the installation supervision and commissioning of the storage warehouse for UFC and formalin were carried out.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2014.

In 2014, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the construction of an adhesive preparation plant for Murom CJSC, Murom.

The company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  is currently carrying out work on the implementation of the project for the supply of glue preparation sections based on SFZh-3014 resin with a capacity of 12,480 tons / year (up to 37.82 tons / day) and urea-formaldehyde resin with a capacity of 2000 tons / year (up to 6 , 06 tons / day), resin warehouse and bulk components warehouse at Synergy LLC in Verkhnyaya Tura, Sverdlovsk region.

The process of obtaining the adhesive composition is fully automated and practically does not require human intervention; the supply of the most modern technological equipment from the world's leading suppliers is envisaged.
