Plant for the Production of Aromatic Alcohols with Two Alembic-Type Evaporation Units

The project involved the supply of a rectification column and a set of heat exchange equipment for a distillation unit with a capacity of 4,000 dal per day.

Scope of supply:

1. Development of process engineering documentation
2. Manufacturing and supply of process equipment:
• Rectification column
• Reboiler of the rectification column
• Block of dephlegmators
• Block of condensers

In 2015, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  launched the Usadsky distillery with a capacity of 10,000 deciliters of alcohol per day, located in the city of Usady, the Republic of Tatarstan. In this project, Zavkom Engineering LLC participated as a General Designer, as well as a supplier of process equipment for the following areas: water-heat treatment of raw materials, yeast-fermentation department, CIP station, alcohol storage.

As part of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

• General design of the facility (development of design and working documentation);
• Complete supply of technological equipment;
• Installation works;
• Commissioning works;
• Staff training.
