The company "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" LLC  in 2021 (currently) is carrying out work on the supply of equipment to LLC "RMZ" GPN-ONPZ "in Omsk

Within the framework of the project for the modernization of Production No. 2. 43-103. - a catalytic cracking regeneration gas purification unit, our company performs the following types of work:

1. Development of working design documentation;

2. Delivery of equipment:

- filter press

- compressor

- container with a stirring device

- gas receiver

- pumps

- a set of control and shut-off valves

- centrifuge

3. Installation supervision;

4. Start-up and adjustment works;

5. Personnel training.

Currently, equipment is being manufactured, power and control cabinets are being assembled within the framework of a project with JSC "Ion exchange technologies" for JSC "Gazpromneft ONPZ".

Within the framework of this project, implemented / planned - the technology, working design documentation was developed, the equipment was completed, the equipment was manufactured and supplied, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out.

The company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC is currently carrying out work on the implementation of the project for the supply of glue preparation sections based on SFZh-3014 resin with a capacity of 12,480 tons / year (up to 37.82 tons / day) and urea-formaldehyde resin with a capacity of 2000 tons / year (up to 6 , 06 tons / day), resin warehouse and bulk components warehouse at Synergy LLC in Verkhnyaya Tura, Sverdlovsk region.

Currently, in the city of Omsk at the production site of JSC "Gazpromneft ONPZ" commissioning works are carried out with training of production personnel to work on the supplied filtering equipment (filter press, centrifuge). The equipment was supplied by JSC Gazpromneft ONPZ within the framework of a project with LLC RMZ GPN-ONPZ.

This project was implemented in order to modernize Production No. 2. 43-103 - catalytic cracking regeneration gas purification unit.

During the implementation of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

working and design documentation was developed, equipment was supplied (filter press, centrifuge, compressor, tank with a stirrer, receiver, pumps) and shut-off and control valves.

The equipment was put into operation in 2021. As part of the implementation of this project, a design documentation has been developed, a roll-type crystallizer with a capacity of 4000 kg / h has been supplied, installation supervision and commissioning have been carried out.

Installation work is currently underway.

Within the framework of this project, implemented / planned - the technology, working design documentation was developed, the equipment was completed, the equipment was manufactured and supplied, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out.

At the current time, commissioning works are being carried out.

The projected unit is intended for the production of urea-formaldehyde resin (PKFT) and melamine-formaldehyde resin (MPST) with a total capacity of up to 42,240 tons per year.

Within the framework of this project, implemented / planned - the design and working documentation was developed, the equipment was completed, the manufacture and supply of equipment, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out.

In 2020, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the supply of equipment to Metadynea LLC in the city of Gubakha.

Within the framework of this project, the following equipment was implemented - designed, manufactured and supplied: reaction equipment (synthesis reactor, condenser and hopper), scrubber, capacitive and filtering equipment.

In 2020, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC performed the design of the following units and systems within the framework of this project:

• vacuum-generating system of the "VACUUM PACKAGE" cleaning unit;
• CO2 removal unit (based on rectification columns);

PSA unit designed for gas purification (separation into ready hydrogen and synthesis gas).

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2020.

In 2018, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed work on the project for obtaining technical naphthalene with a concentration of at least 97% at Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant JSC (MMK JSC) in Magnitogorsk.

The LTF plant was put into commercial operation in 2020.

Within the framework of this project, it has been implemented - a technology, working design documentation has been developed, a complete set, manufacturing and delivery of equipment, installation supervision and commissioning have been carried out.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2019.

In 2019, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  successfully completed work on the construction of a urea-formaldehyde resin production unit with a capacity of 33,000 tons per year in Pavlovsk, Altai Territory.

Within the framework of this project, it was implemented - the technology, design and working documentation was developed, the assembly, manufacture and supply of equipment, installation supervision and commissioning were carried out.

The installation was commissioned in 2019.

Within the framework of this project, the technology, working design documentation was developed, the equipment was completed, manufactured and supplied, installation supervision and commissioning of the crystallization unit based on a vacuum evaporator was carried out.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2019.

During the implementation of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

- unit for rectification of naphthalene;

In 2018, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed work on the development of individual sections of the design documentation for the construction of the facility: "Industrial facility for the production of synthetic resins on the land plot of ALNEX-BELGOROD LLC, Shebekino.

In 2018, the company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  successfully carried out work on the implementation of the project for the technical re-equipment of the raw material warehouse for CJSC Murom in Murom.

The storage warehouse for receiving, storing and supplying the production of UFC-85 and 37% formalin contains 6 containers. The process is fully automated, practically does not require human intervention, and the project contains the most modern energy efficient equipment. As part of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

1. Development of design and working documentation;

2. Complete delivery of equipment;

- 6 tanks, 75m3 each;

- instrumentation sensors;

- control cabinet;

- computer hardware and software .;

5. Start-up and adjustment works;

In 2018, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the supply of polymerization reactors in the amount of 12 pieces for the Complex for the production of anti-turbulent additives ordered by PJSC Transneft

Polymerizing reactors V = 0.63m3 are made of stainless steel with polished inner surfaces (not less than 7 class Ra0.8), complete with modernized ribbon stirring devices PUAMM-4 (350), coaxial magnetic couplings (based on permanent magnets (Sm -Co)) with explosion-proof drives and bottom valves at LLC "NIKA-PETROTEK", Territory "SEZ" Alabuga.

The absorption refrigeration machine was put into commercial operation in 2017.

The company 000 "ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING" in 2017 successfully carried out work on the implementation of the project "Technical re-equipment. Expansion of resin production. Stage 2. Increase in cold production capacity in workshop No. 32 "for PJSC" Pigment ", Tambov.

In 2017, the company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC » completed work on the construction of a rectification unit and a vacuum evaporator for the production of pharmaceutical substrates at Geropharm LLC.

In 2017, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the supply of equipment to Metadynea LLC in the town of Orekhovo-Zuevo.

As part of the project to expand the production of formaldehyde resins, our company has designed and supplied reactor, capacitive and heat exchange equipment.

In 2016, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  completed work on the construction of a pilot vapor-phase catalytic unit for the process of producing N-methyl-p-anisidine from p-anisidine (N-methyl-p-phenetidine from p-phenetidine) and methanol.

During the implementation of the project, our company performed the following types of work:

a conceptual diagram was developed, equipment was calculated, design and work-design documentation was developed, key capacitive and reaction equipment was manufactured, completing with auxiliary equipment and materials, assembly at the production site and commissioning with the development of a pilot batch of products.

The unit was put into commercial operation in 2016.

In 2016, the company ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC successfully carried out work on the implementation of the project for the construction of an installation for the preparation of an adhesive composition for JSC Arkhangelsk Plywood Plant.

As part of the implementation of this project, design and working documentation has been developed.

In 2016, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC completed work on the construction of a pilot vapor-phase catalytic unit for the synthesis of divinyl from ethanol.

In 2014, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC successfully completed work on the development of design and working documentation for the production of urea-formaldehyde resins with a capacity of 50,000 tons / year at CJSC "Murom".

Storage warehouse UFC-85 and 37% formalin for CJSC "Murom".

The warehouse was put into operation in 2018.

In 2018, the company 000 ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING implemented a project for the technical re-equipment of a raw material warehouse for ZAO Murom in Murom.

Within the framework of this project, the design and working documentation was developed (the project passed the industrial safety examination), the equipment was completed, manufactured and supplied, the installation supervision and commissioning of the storage warehouse for UFC and formalin were carried out.

In 2014, ZAVKOM-ENGINEERING LLC  carried out work on the modernization of the crude benzene purification technology for SPE Zarya LLC.

Within the framework of this project, the collection of initial data was carried out and engineering documentation was developed for the modernization of the existing production with an improvement in the quality indicators of the products.
