The main provisions of the document state that citizens upon entry into employment, as well as employees working in the company, have equal opportunities to exercise their labor rights and cannot be limited in receiving any benefits depending on gender, race, skin color , nationality, language, attitude to religion and other circumstances not related to business qualities.
